We will send the customer replacement part first, it may take some days(14-90 days) depending on the factory response speed. After we receive the replacement part and ship it to you, the warehouse will email you with a tracking number.

If we can’t get the pieces, we will send the customer a partial refund via points. 

Note: Statues are always limited pcs and the studio may save few stocks for after sale request. Unfortunately it takes more time shipping from China to rest of the world than shipping to CN mainland. So please contact us asap (and pay shipping fee asap as well) to make sure the studio still got the extra piece for replacement request.
