Replacement Pieces

We send the replacement part first. Getting it from the factory can take 14-90 days depending on how fast they respond. Once we receive it and ship it to you, the warehouse will email you a tracking number.
If we cannot get the pieces, we will provide a partial refund via points.
Statues are always produced in limited numbers, and the studio only keeps a few spares for after-sales requests. Shipping from China to the rest of the world also takes longer than shipping within mainland China. Please contact us as soon as possible — and pay the shipping fee promptly — so we can secure the spare piece while the studio still has one.
